    The shoe size indicated on our website is always the manufacturer one. We try to indicate for most of our shoes and slippers a size and fit advice on the product page.

    For Metropolitan France, shipping fees are free for any purchase from 50 €. If your order is less than 50 €, then delivery fees would be 6 €.

    Delivery costs and times vary according to the delivery country and service chosen. You may simulate delivery fees, when processing your order.

  • When my order would arrive ?

    If your order was placed from Monday to Friday it will be shipped the same day or the next business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

    You can return items that do not suit you within 30 days of the date of receipt of your parcel. You need to return the items in their original packaging, we only accept returns when the shoes are in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return fees. You may ask for a refund, an exchange or a credit note.

    Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You will received an email the day after we received your return.

  • Refund procedure

    If the conditions above are met and once the goods are received, checked and accepted by La Botte Chantilly, we will refund the returned products at the price charged including delivery fees, according to the payment option used initially.

  • Exchange procedure

    Email us at eshop@la-botte.com to check the products availability you want to receive for your exchange. Once products availability is checked and your exchange accepted, you may return your parcel to the following address:
