Orders
The fact that an individual or legal entity places an order on the La Botte Chantilly website (www.la-botte.com) implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which is expressly recognised by the customer, who notably waives the right to rely on any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against the seller.

– Complete personal information for billing and delivery
– Confirm the order by selecting the payment method
– If payment is made online by credit card or debit card, the customer is redirected to a secure payment server of our bank.

Products availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
La Botte Chantilly offers products for sale that are in stock and available. Unfortunately, products unavailability may happen occasionally, in case of simultaneous orders. Delivery
Products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.
Orders shipped to France will be delivered by Colissimo or So Colissimo.
Orders shipped outside Metropolitan France will be delivered by Colissimo or Chronopost.
If you have chosen the ‘Click & collect’ option, please go to the shop you have selected with your ID and order confirmation.
The customer will be responsible for checking the items upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints which seem justified, or even refuse the parcel if it is likely to have been opened or if there are clear signs of damage. Any reservations and complaints must be sent to La Botte Chantilly by email or by registered letter within 15 days.
Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax, and do not include delivery fees.
La Botte Chantilly reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will nevertheless be billed based on the current rates when the order is placed. All products remain property of La Botte Chantilly until full payment of their price. A bill will be established by the vendor and transferred to the client upon delivery of the products ordered.
If the order is being shipped to a country outside Metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. In this case, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes may be required upon reception.
The customer is responsible for these taxes and duties, for both declaration and payment to the authorities qualified organisms in the relevant country.
