The shoe size indicated on our website is always the manufacturer one. We try to indicate for most of our shoes and slippers a size and fit advice on the product page.
In the case of Italian shoes, for example, we advise you (if you don’t know your size in this brand) to take a 1/2 size smaller than a French brand that generally fits smaller shoes.

How do I order an item online ?

When my order would arrive ?
Orders placed before 9am from Monday to Friday inclusive are processed the same day. Orders placed after 9am will be processed on the next working day.
For mainland France, the normal delivery time is 24 to 72 hours from the time you receive the email confirming dispatch.
For deliveries to other destinations, please allow 4 to 10 working days. La Botte Chantilly cannot be held responsible for delays in parcel delivery, as this is the responsibility of La Poste.
Deliveries with Chronopost (France)
With 24-hour delivery by Chronopost (available for deliveries in France only), take control of your delivery!
With Predict, you can track your parcel every step of the way. The day before your delivery, you will receive a Chronopost notification by e-mail and/or SMS informing you of the delivery driver’s arrival the next day. You will be given a 5-hour delivery window. Think you won’t be in? Send Chronopost your instructions until midnight:
– Reschedule your delivery for up to 6 days (including Saturdays)
– Ask for your parcel to be made available at the 5 nearest collection points (post office, pick-up points or Chronopost agencies)
– Have your parcel delivered to a chosen neighbour (in the immediate vicinity of the delivery address)
– Designate a ‘safe place’ where the parcel will be safely deposited according to your instructions.
On the day of delivery, you will receive another Chronopost notification by e-mail and/or SMS specifying a 1-hour delivery slot. Again, if you think you will be absent, you can send Chronopost your instructions up to 5 minutes before the time slot.
If you are absent at the time of delivery:
If you are not at home at the time of delivery. Chronopost will hold your parcel :
– for 14 days at the nearest post office
– for 7 days at the nearest pick-up point
– If the size of the parcel allows it, it can also be delivered to a letterbox.
Information on receipt On receipt of a damaged parcel, please make precise and complete written reservations on the driver’s delivery note.
Payment options
What methods of payment are accepted?
- Bank transfer
Delivery costs and times vary according to the delivery country and service chosen. You may simulate delivery fees, when processing your order.
- Credit card
For payment by bank card, you transmit your payment card details directly to the secure CRÉDIT MUTUEL-CIC payment service, which handles online payments for the La Botte Chantilly sites. Secure online payment is fully encrypted and protected, using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Your credit card payment sent to the CIC must be authorised before it can be validated and your order dispatched. At no time do your bank details pass through La Botte Chantilly’s computer system.
- PayPal
You can also pay via Paypal, our Eshop account is eshop@la-botte.com Would you please indicate your name as well as your order number for the transaction. For safety reasons, the name of the Paypal account holder and the name registered for the billing address should be the same.
- 3xCB by Cofidis
You can also opt for the ‘3xCB by Cofidis’ option, which allows you to pay by credit card in 3 instalments: an initial payment when your order is validated, including the financial costs of this service (1.50% of the order amount), then two further monthly instalments. A detailed payment schedule will be sent to you by email once your order has been validated.
This method of payment uses the secure CRÉDIT MUTUEL-CIC payment service, which is fully encrypted and protected (TLS protocol). At no time do your bank details pass through La Botte Chantilly’s computer system. Your payment in 3 instalments is subject to the authorisation of Cofidis and only applies to orders dispatched to Metropolitan France for an amount of between 100 and 1500 euros.

Returns & exchanges
Return policy
You can return items that do not suit you within 30 days of the date of receipt of your parcel. You need to return the items in their original packaging, we only accept returns when the shoes are in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for return fees. You may ask for a refund, an exchange or a credit note.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition (we will only accept returns if the items have not been worn or used), specifying on the returns form that you are exercising your right of withdrawal. Items purchased online can only be refunded on the La Botte Chantilly website.

How do I return an item ?

Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You will received an email the day after we received your return.

Refund procedure
If you wish to change size or model, please contact us quickly by email at the following address: eshop@la-botte.com to let us know which pair you would like to exchange. We will then reserve this pair for you and dispatch them as soon as we receive the return of your original order. The exchange will be sent by La Poste at no extra cost to you.

How do I log in to my account?
Log in to your account is simple, just click on the button my account and indicate your name and your password. These information were sent to you by email when you ordered.
Forgot your password ?
If you forgot your password, a new code would automatically be allocated to you for your next order.
How can I modify my personal details?
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, updated by the Act of 6 August 2004, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any data concerning you. You can notify us of any changes by email or change your details yourself when you place your next order.
How can I track my order?
To check your order status, you may click on my account and log in. If your parcel is already shipped, you may find your tracking number attached to the current order, or within the email that was sent to you.
