  The following terms and conditions of sale are applicable, without reserve or restriction, in all sales conducted by La Botte Chantilly to all non-professional buyers wanting to acquire the products offered for sale by the vendor on the internet site www.la-botte.com.

  These conditions are applicable to the exclusion of all other conditions, including those applicable for sales conducted in-store or by any other distribution or marketing channel.

  These terms and conditions of sale are accessible at any time on this internet site and will supersede, if necessary, all other versions or any contradictory document. Unless proven otherwise, the data collected by La Botte Chantilly constitute accurate proof of all transactions conducted between the parties.

• Orders

• The customer may go online on la-botte.com and proceed as follows:
  - Add the products he/she is interested in to his/her shopping bag
  - Complete personal information for billing and delivery
  - Confirm the order by selecting the payment method
  - If payment is made online by credit card or debit card, the customer is redirected to a secure payment server of our bank.

  Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

• Products availability

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  La Botte Chantilly offers products for sale that are in stock and available. Unfortunately, products unavailability may happen occasionally, in case of simultaneous orders.

  In theses circumstances, you will be notified by our customer service by phone or by email as soon as possible.La Botte Chantilly cannot be held responsible for unavailability or cancellation of a reference by its suppliers.

• Delivery

• Products are sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process.

  Orders shipped to France will be delivered by Colissimo or So Colissimo.

  Orders shipped outside Metropolitan France will be delivered by Colissimo or Chronopost.

  The customer will be responsible for checking the items upon delivery and to make any reservations and complaints which seem justified, or even refuse the parcel if it is likely to have been opened or if there are clear signs of damage. Any reservations and complaints must be sent to La Botte Chantilly by email or by registered letter within 15 days.

• Price

• The prices of our products are indicated in euros all inclusive of tax, and do not include delivery fees.

  La Botte Chantilly reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products will nevertheless be billed based on the current rates when the order is placed. All products remain property of La Botte Chantilly until full payment of their price. A bill will be established by the vendor and transferred to the client upon delivery of the products ordered.

  If the order is being shipped to a country outside Metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. In this case, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes may be required upon reception.

  The customer is responsible for these taxes and duties, for both declaration and payment to the authorities qualified organisms in the relevant country.

• Applicable law

• This contract is subjected to the French law. The language of this contract is the French language. Unless proven otherwise, the data collected by La Botte Chantilly constitute accurate proof of all transactions conducted between the parties.

• Responsibility

• Any guarantee is excluded in case of incorrect use, negligence, or improper care on the part of the client, as in cases of normal wear and tear or fortuitous event. The products sold on la-botte.com conform to current regulations in France.

  La Botte Chantilly does not take responsibility in cases of non-respect of the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered. It is the responsibility of the customer to check such information.

  The customer is responsible for products choice, and their use.

  La Botte Chantilly is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure.

• Personal information

These information will be used by our services only for the treatment of the order and for communication purposes. In compliance with law number 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, of correction, and opposition to the personal data concerning him/her.
