Are the items offered on your website really available ?
The inventory available on the internet is updated several times a day, so hopefully the shoe size you are looking for will be available. A confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after your order, so that you can check that everything is correct. Another one will be sent after the items have been reserved and/or shipped to you. If our inventory does not show we have the item(s) ordered, we will also inform you via e-mail. If you order several items, we might have to slpit your shipment. The rest of your order will be shipped at no extra charge for you.
How can I make sure my order has been approved?
The final step of your order will show a picture along with an approval message . This means you will have completed the ordering process and that we have filed your order. We also send you a confirmation via e-mail right after you ordered so that you can check if all the information are correct.
I made a mistake : I validated the order but did not want to have it processed, I ordered the wrong size, the wrong item, the wrong color ...

I do not know which size I should order

This Shoe Size Helper is provided for your convenience, but you must also consider your foot width. If you are not sure, please contact us and we will help you choose the right size for you.
What does the customer number mean ? Do I need to know my customer number if I want to place an order ?
The customer number is a personal identification number which is given to you when you place your first order. When you place further orders later on, you will not have to re-enter all your data.
If you do not remember your customer number or if you have lost it, you will be given a new one when you place a new order.
When will my order be processed ?
Orders placed between Monday and Friday, before 12pm, will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders paced on a holiday will be processed the following business day.

How can I pay my order ?
It depends on the country where you wish us to ship your order. We offer you different payment methods. These will display automatically when you select the country of destination.
I would like to pay by check, do I need to validate anyway ?
Yes, you do need to validate your order so that we can put your items on hold during one week. As soon as we receive your check, we will ship your order.

Order delivery :
How will my order be shipped ?
We ship via colissimo for most countries.
How long will it take for the delivery ?
For France it takes 72 hours after e-mail confirmation.
For Europe and French overseas territories, it takes about 5 business days. For other places, the delivery takes about 10 days. These delivery times are not guaranteed and LA BOTTE WEB does not take any responsability for any shipping delay. You would have to put a claim at La Poste.
After 72 hours, I still have not received any confirmation that my order has been shipped and I still have not received my order. What can I do ?
Contact us via e-mail and we will contact La Poste in order to locate your shipment.
Can my order be shipped abroad ?
Yes, we can ship your order abroad. The list of countries where we regularly ship orders will display when you enter your address. If you want to receive your order in a country not listed, please contact us via e-mail.
What happens if I am not home when the mailman delivers my order ?
Your package will be delivered by La Poste or your local post office. If you are not home to accept the delivery, the mailman will leave a note in your mailbox indicating at which post office you can stop by pick up your package. After 15 days, the package will be returned to us.
Could you detail the shipping and handling costs ?
The shipping and handling costs are : manual checking of your ordered items, package handling, shipping and insurance. The costs vary upon the value of your order.

Customer service :
If I am not satisfied with my order (wrong size, I do not like the shoes ...), what can I do ?
In the event the items do not meet your expectations, and for any reason you may have, you can send back the order within 15 days. You need to return the items in their original packaging (we only accept returns when the shoes do not show any wear and tear), indicating if you want an exchange, a refund or a credit note.
We cannot accept any cash on delivery return.
If you have ordered the wrong size, please contact us as soon as possible indicating the shoe size you want us to put on hold for the exchange. We will put the new size on hold and will ship the shoes as soon as we receive your initial order. We will ship by La Poste and you will not be charged any extra fee.
The shoes I bought on the web show a defect. What can I do ?
Contact us as soon as possible and indicate clearly the reason of your return. Our technical department will proceed to a quality control of the returned shoes. We will inform you at each step of the process and will do our best to solve the problem in a timely manner.
Can I get a refund in case the delivery does not meet my expectations ?Yes, within 15 days you can return the pair of shoes to us (the shoes must not have been worn and must be returned in the original packaging). We will refund you in a timely manner (within 30 days).
