Once you received your product, you have 15 days to return it in the original packaging, in case the item does not fully meet your expectations.
LA BOTTE WEB will either exchange it for you, or issue you a refund.

The shipping will be your responsibility. Only the price corresponding to your purchase will be refund.

LA BOTTE WEB will not accept the return of an item which has been worn, damaged or stained by the customer.In any case, LA BOTTE WEB will not accept a cash on delivery refund.

The refund will be issued in the name of the customer who placed the order.
We will issue a check in Euros for an order placed in Europe and send it to the billing address given at time of order. For an order placed in another country, we will either proceed to a bank transfer or credit your credit card for the amount purchased.

LA BOTTE WEB will issue the refund within a maximum of 15 days after the products have been received.
